Donna Wilson, an integral part of The Wilson Group since its founding in 1987, is the person responsible for the logistics that makes sure our workshops take place when and where our clients want them.

She has arranged for the scheduling, transportation, facilities and equipment for hundreds of workshops throughout the U.S. and Canada. And yes, she's also the one who handles billing for our workshops, seminars and consulting projects.

Scheduling scores of flights each year for Wilson Group associates, she is on a first-name basis with many airlines, hotels, rental car companies and travel agents around the country. A frequent flyer herself, she knows all too well what can go wrong when you're criss-crossing the country on a regular basis. Her job is to make sure our people (and equipment) get where they're going, and get there on time.

Outside her administrative duties, she is involved in the drafting of every crisis plan we write and has personally participated in every one of our mock disasters.

She works closely with client representatives throughout the year and occasionally attends workshops, seminars and mock disasters as an assistant instructor, videographer or reporter.
